When you register for membership we collect personal details (name, gender, date of birth), identity documents (Aadhaar, and optionally Voter ID/PAN), contact information and address. A profile photograph is also collected for your membership card.

We collect only what is necessary to verify your identity, issue your membership and communicate with you.

Your Aadhaar number is encrypted at rest, masked in administrative views, and is never displayed on any public page, membership card QR result, or API response.

Access to sensitive data is strictly role-based and every access is recorded in an audit log.

The QR code on your membership card links to a public verification page that shows only your name, photo, membership number, state, district, city, membership status and join date. No private information is ever exposed publicly.

Your information is used to process and verify your membership, issue your card, send notifications, and organise programmes. We do not sell your personal data to any third party.

We retain membership records for as long as your membership is active and as required by law. You may request correction or deletion of your data by contacting the national office.
